The National Council of Negro Women (NCNW) is sponsoring the NCNW HBCU Tour during the Fall of 2019. The first leg of the Tour will be on Saturday, September 7, 2019, at Claflin Univerisity and South Carolina State University in Orangeburg, South Carolina. We invite 11th and 12th grade students, their parents or guardians, and chaperones to join us for the Tour. Participants will meet university presidents, admissions and financial aid directors, tour the campuses, have lunch at South Carolina State University, and enjoy the South Carolina State University football game against Lane College, all free of charge. Most importantly, students will have an opportunity to apply for admission, and for financial aid onsite. Attached please find a flyer for the NCNW HBCU Tour.
All interested 11th and 12th graders, parents/guardians, and chaperones, must register online at www.ncnw.org. There is no charge for the Tour, but everyone should eat or bring money for breakfast, snacks, and concessions at the game. Lunch and football tickets are free.
